  1. Slice cucumber (about 13-15 slices). Cut cheese into slices of about 1"x1", matching number of slices to number of cucumber slices. Arrange cucumber slices on a dinner plate. Sprinkle salt and pepper on cucumber slices. Place a cheese slice on top of each cucumber slice and then some diced avocado on top of each cheese slice. Cut each grape tomato in half and place in the middle of the plate or in another suitable place. (The tomatoes are just to give color.)
