  1. Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, minced ginger, minced garlic, sesame oil, cornstarch, and sriracha until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high until shimmering. Add shrimp in an even layer and cook, stirring occasionally, until just pink on the outside, 2–3 minutes.
