  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Chop the onion, garlic, and tofu. Set aside. In an oven-proof dish, mix the coconut milk, peanut butter, soy sauce, brown sugar, and crushed red pepper flakes.
  3. Mash the peanut butter with a fork. Lumps will dissolve during cooking.
  4. Cube the tofu and immerse it in the sauce. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove the lid and return to the oven for another 10-15 minutes to allow the sauce to thicken.
