Ingredients
 Turkey bacon, unprepared Turkey bacon, unprepared- 2 slice 6 oz pkg or 16g 
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 420°F.
- Chop the sweet potato and red potato into pieces, then place them on a nonstick baking sheet or parchment paper. Spray with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, and the seasoning blend. Bake for about 20 minutes.
- Spray a skillet with olive oil and set it over medium-high heat.
- Cook the turkey bacon for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side until crispy. For extra crispiness, spray with olive oil while cooking.
