Ingredients

Directions
- Press the garlic and seed, then thinly slice the bell pepper.
- Place the pork chops in a large shallow dish. Spread the minced garlic thinly on all sides of the chops, then spread the miso generously over them. Sprinkle with Sherry and let stand for 5 minutes.
- Heat one-third of the olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and sauté until just cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.
