  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Thaw peas slightly in the microwave for 15 seconds at a time, stirring in between, being careful not to overcook. Once thawed, drain and gently pat the peas dry to remove excess moisture.
  3. In a bowl, toss the peas with olive oil, salt, and garlic powder. Spread them out on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 45-50 minutes, shaking the baking sheet every 10 minutes. The peas should be crunchy and lightly browned when done. Enjoy!
