  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
  2. In a small bowl, combine minced garlic for seasoned oil, olive oil, half of the oregano, half of the salt, and one-third of the pepper.
  3. Halve the remaining garlic cloves and toss with Brussels sprouts and three-quarters of the seasoned oil in a large roasting pan. Roast, stirring once, for 15 minutes.
  4. Add white wine to the remaining oil mixture.
  5. Remove the pan from the oven, stir the vegetables, and place the salmon on top. Drizzle with the wine mixture and sprinkle with the remaining oregano, salt, and pepper.
  6. Bake until the salmon is just cooked through, 5 to 10 minutes more. Serve with lemon wedges.
