Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a half sheet pan with parchment.
- Mix olive oil, one-fourth of the garlic, and bread crumbs.
- Cut tofu into 1 inch cubes, and fold into breadcrumb mixture.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time, until the breading has started to brown.
- Make the sauce by combining the honey, salt, pepper, soy sauce, fish sauce, remaining garlic, and Sriracha in a small saucepan and bringing to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer for about 5 minutes, until slightly thickened.
- Once the tofu is done, coat in the sauce and serve garnished with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
