Lemon juice ⁵⁄₁₆ lemon yields or 15g
Directions
- if the leaves fresh, boil them for a minute or so to turn their color into dark green (don't boil all of them at the same time)
- Mix The Ground Beef With The Uncooked Rice and add some salt and pepper
- spread the grape leaves on the table and add some of the mixture
- Roll the grape leaves carefully

- Add water
- squeeze 1 lemon in the bowl
