Directions
- Butterfly the chicken breast and season with salt, pepper and paprika on both side
- Heat the olive oil in pan and fry the grill the chicken for 2min of each side on high heat. Then remove from pan and set aside
- In the same pan add in butter and mushroom, season with salt.
- Add thyme and garlic and cook till the mushroom realize it's water
- Add in some water along with the cheese
- Once the cheese has melted add in the cream and cook for 3mins. Season with some salt if u need to.
- Finish the sauce with some chopped fresh parsley then pour sauce over the chicken and serve!
