Directions
- Combine basil, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and three-fourths of the minced garlic in a small bowl.
- Drain and slice the tofu into burger-sized patties, pat dry, and place on a pan. Brush with the lemon juice mixture and marinate for 1 hour.

- Mix the remaining minced garlic, chopped olives, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a bowl. Spread this mixture on the hamburger buns.
