Directions
- Dice about 1/2 cup of onions, red and green peppers for 2lbs of ground beef added to the pan.
- Heat skillet pan on Medium high heat. Once the skillet is hot, put 1lb of ground beef on the skillet. DO NOT add additional oil, 85% beef has enough fat to cook on its own.
- Break up the ground beef into small chunks. Proceed to add the seasoning to the ground beef; you can eyeball it.
- As the ground beef browns, add your diced onions and peppers.
