  1. Combine the eggs and milk. Preheat a frying pan., spray with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. When hot, put the egg and milk mixture in the pan
  2. When the egg/milk mix starts to solidify, but still loose, add the ham.
  3. Add the cheese, and let the egg mix solidify. Fold in half, and flip.
  4. Cut in half and serve.
  5. For some extra ZING, add 1 tsp Dusseldorf mustard before folding. Yum.
