  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray a 9x13" baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Layer ingredients in baking dish in this order: croutons, chopped ham, spinach, and cheese.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, half & half, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  5. Gently pour egg mixture on top of cheeses, distributing evenly over the entire baking dish.
  6. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until set and lightly browned. Serve warm.
