- Blanchir dans une casserole d'eau bouillante pendant environ 7-8 min, jusqu'a ce qu'ils soient legerement tendres (al dente). Bien les egoutter et secouer pour enlever l'eau. Remettre les haricots dans la casserole, Ajouter le beurre, saler et poivrer au gout. Chauffer a feu doux quelques minutes, en brassant, jusqu'a ce que le beurre ait fondu et les haricots soient bien enrobes de beurre et legerement colores. Servir.
