  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Spray a large, ovenproof dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside
  3. In a small bowl, combine honey, mustard, and garlic powder
  4. In a separate, shallow dish, mix together panko bread crumbs, parsley, lemon zest, and incorporate olive oil until well coated
  5. For each filet, brush the top of the salmon with the honey mustard mixture, season lightly with salt and pepper, rotate into the panko breadcrumb mixture, and repeat on the opposite side
  6. Transfer the filets to the ovenproof dish and bake for 13-15 minutes
