Directions
- Chop bacon, chives, and garlic. Set aside.
- In a cast iron skillet over medium heawt cook all your chopped bacon until crisp. Once cooked, remove and place on paper towel. Drain grease separately and save.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, 2/3 chopped bacon, chives, garlic, worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix meat and spices together well then form into 3 patties.
- Put 2 Tbsp. bacon fat into cast iron and place patties inside once fat is hot.
- Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, depending on the doneness you want.
- Remove from pan, let rest for 3-5 minutes, and serve with cheese.
