  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Heat the olive oil in an 8-inch oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat, then sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant and softened.
  2. Stir in the ground turkey, chopped green bell pepper, oregano, and paprika; cook, breaking up the meat, until the turkey is browned and the pepper is tender.
  3. Pour in the marinara sauce, stir to combine, and remove the skillet from the heat. Use a spoon to make shallow wells in the mixture for each egg.
  4. Crack one egg into each well, keeping the yolks intact. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake until the whites are mostly set, about 15–20 minutes (start checking at 12 minutes).
  5. Sprinkle the Parmesan over the top for the last 5 minutes of baking. Remove when the whites are set and the yolks are cooked to your liking.
