Directions

  1. Boil water and begin cooking pasta according to package directions.
  2. Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, laughing cow wedges, and seasonings to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave 30-45 seconds, then blend until completely smooth.
  3. Cook turkey bacon, remove from pan, and chop.
  4. Add chopped jalapeños to pan, cook until softened, about 4-5 minutes. Add splashes of water to the pan during the cooking process if sticking.
  5. Add cheese sauce and bacon to pan, stir. If it is too thick, add a small amount of milk or pasta water.
  6. Stir in cooked pasta and enjoy.
