Ingredients

Directions

  1. Place meat in casserole dish and cover with water for 30 minutes in fridge. Remove and rinse meat.
  2. Grate onion and pear. Rub onto meat. Then, toss rest of ingredients (Except green onion) in airtight container and marinate at least 1 hour or preferably overnight.
  3. Remove meat and grill on each side for 5 minutes or until cooked to your liking. Garnish with additional sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Served best with steamed rice and kimchi.
