Directions
- Heat oven to 350°F. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment, leaving overhang; lightly grease.
- Gently melt the coconut oil and chocolate chips together until smooth, then cool slightly.
- Scoop avocado flesh into a food processor and blend until completely smooth and creamy.
- Add eggs, vanilla, stevia, and erythritol; process until combined and silky.
- With the processor running, pour in the melted chocolate-coconut oil mixture and blend until uniform.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
