Ingredients
Coconut oil 2 tbsp or 27g
Cream cheese 2 oz or 57g
Cheddar cheese 2 cup, shredded or 226g
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Dizzle melted coconut oil over cauliflower. Season with salt and pepper and toss to combine well.
- Bake for about 20 minutes. Remove from oven and move to a casserole dish. Reduce oven temperature to 375 degrees F.
- Heat cream to a simmer. Add cream cheese (in chunks) and 1.5 cups cheddar cheese (reserve .5 cup for later), add garlic powder mustard seed, and white pepper; whisk/stir well until all melted.
- Pour mix into baking dish with cauliflower, mix well. Cover with remaining .5 cup cheddar.
- Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
