Lemon juice 1 tbsp or 15g
Lemon zest 1 tsp or 2g
Vanilla extract 1 tsp or 4g
Water ¼ cup or 59g
Directions
- Add the blueberries, Swerve confectioners sweetener, and water to a saucepan over medium heat.
- Simmer the mixture until it becomes thick, approximately 10-15 minutes. Set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Line an 8x8-inch pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
