Directions

  1. Mix the tuna, mayonnaise, and cilantro in a bowl.
  2. Place the Nori seaweed sheet on a sushi mat with the rough, non-shiny side facing up. If you don't have a sushi mat, lay the sheet on a piece of plastic wrap on the counter.
  3. Spread the tuna mixture on the bottom half of the sheet. Line avocado slices alongside the tuna.
  4. Using the mat (or plastic wrap), roll the sheet over the tuna into a cylinder. Apply a little pressure until the roll holds together, then release it from the rolling mat.
  5. Use a very sharp knife to slice the roll into approximately 6 pieces.
  6. Dot the top of each roll with a bit of Sriracha sauce. Enjoy.
