  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly coat a shallow baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. Pat the salmon dry with a paper towel and place it skin-side down in the pan. Brush with half of the melted butter and sprinkle with salt.
  3. In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, scallions, lemon zest, and thyme.
  4. Stir in the remaining melted butter and press the mixture evenly over the salmon.
  5. Bake uncovered for 15 to 25 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
