Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8-inch square pan with foil, leaving extra foil for handles.
- In a bowl, combine the flour, aspartame, salt, baking soda, eggs, yogurt, flaxseed oil, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Stir by hand until the mixture is smooth, about 30 seconds.
