Directions

  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, heat olive oil and half of the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Cook until shrimp turn pink, then add Italian seasoning and spinach, cooking until spinach wilts.
  4. Return pasta to the pot, adding remaining butter, Parmesan, and parsley. Stir until combined and butter is melted.
  5. Stir in lemon juice before serving. Serve hot.
