Directions
- In a small bowl, stir together half of the ketchup, the mayonnaise, pickle relish, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, oregano, remaining ketchup, and a light pinch of salt and pepper. Gently mix just until evenly combined.
