Directions

  1. If using frozen shrimp, rinse under cool water in a colander until thawed, then drain well.
  2. In a small bowl, mix sriracha, soy sauce, brown sugar, and lime juice. Set aside.
  3. Boil water in a medium pot, add ramen noodles, and cook until tender. Drain and set aside.
  4. In a large skillet, sauté garlic in butter over medium heat until soft, about 1 minute. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat.
  5. Combine noodles and shrimp in the skillet. Pour the prepared sauce over and toss to coat. Garnish with sliced scallions, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
