  1. 1. Cut up potato in long chunks 2. Lightly oil and season the potato chunks with salt & pepper then place in pre heated oven at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes ( Flip over every 10-15 minutes) 3. Pan on medium heat for 2-3 mins add oil and then add mince and once brown add tomato passata then leave to cook for 2-3 minutes 4. Once potato’s are ready add them to a bowl then pour on your mince mix, top with cheese and enjoy!
