Directions
- Cut up the cooked lobsters into bit size pieces.
- In the same saucepan add the butter and garlic over medium heat. When all the butter has melted and the garlic cooked, add the pieces of cooked lobster and stir well. 1 minute. Turn off the stove.
- Chop cucumber, tomato and red bell pepper.
- In a large bowl combine lobster, whole kernel corn, macaroni, tomato, cucumber, pineapple and sweet pepper.
- Combine ketchup, mayonnaise and pineapple juice, mix well and pour over the salad. Toss lightly. Serve chilled.
