- Put pasta on to boil in salted water and cook according to cooking instructions.
- Put a separate Wok or large frying pan on a low heat.
- Peel garlic clove immediately and place into pan with olive oil.
- While the garlic and olive oil are cooking, boil a small amount of water (about a glass full) in a kettle and prepare a separate small pot.
- Once the water is boiled, place it into the small pot with the fish stock and stir on a medium heat until dissolved.

- Drain pasta (if ready) and leave the pasta in the drainer.

- Add the pasta , Philidelphia, and a dash of parsley into the wok with the passata and prawns and mix all ingredients together for around 20-30 seconds.
- Serve.
