Ingredients
Phyllo dough
4 sheet dough or 76g
Powdered sugars
1 tbsp unsifted or 8g
Vanilla extract

Directions
- Allow cream cheese to soften. Melt butter and drain oranges, reserving the syrup.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and position the rack in the middle.
- Mix allspice and half of the granulated sugar in a small bowl.
- Cover phyllo with plastic wrap and a damp towel. Place one phyllo sheet on a baking sheet, brush with butter, and sprinkle with spiced sugar. Repeat for 2 more layers, then top with the last phyllo sheet and brush with remaining butter.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden. Remove from oven and let cool.
- Blend cream cheese, lemon juice, vanilla, 2 tablespoons orange syrup (for original 4 serving recipe), and remaining sugar in a food processor until smooth. Fold in oranges.
- Break or cut phyllo into 12 pieces. Layer phyllo with orange cream to make napoleons, dust with powdered sugar.
