Ingredients
 Muenster cheese Muenster cheese- 8 oz or 227g 
Directions
- Soak noodles in warm water. Sauté onion in oil until translucent. Add carrots cook until softening. Add garlic and spinach cook until wilted. Add the salt.
- Mix the sautéed vegetables with ricotta cheese and set aside.
- Layer 1: spread 1 cup marinara sauce across bottom of pan. Place 3 noodles on top. Spread half ricotta mixture on top of noodles, and sprinkle Muenster cheese on top.
- Layer 2: Place 3 noodles on top of cheese. Top with 1.5 c marinara sauce and half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Layer 3: Layer 3 noodles and cover with rest of ricotta mixture and the rest of Muenster cheese.
- Lay 3 more noodles and cover with 1.5 c marinara sauce and the rest of mozzarella
- Pour 1 c water around edges of lasagna. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 350F.
- Uncover and bake 15 minutes.
- Let rest 20 minutes before cutting.
