Directions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- In a large bowl, gently combine the ground turkey and pork by hand.
- In a separate small bowl, mix together the oats, half of the ketchup, half of the spicy brown mustard, Worcestershire sauce, egg whites, grated onion, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Add the oat mixture to the meat mixture and combine by hand until just incorporated.
- Form the mixture into small football-shaped loaves, about 4 inches long and 1 1/2 inches thick, and place them on the prepared pan.
- In a small bowl, mix the remaining ketchup and mustard. Brush over each meatloaf.
