Directions
- Press water out of tofu and then chop into small cubes.
- Heat water to a simmer.
- Wash and chop onions
- Chop spinach roughly
- Put miso into a small bow and temper with hot water. Stir briskly and then add back into the simmering water.
- Add the vegetables and tofu, heating until warm.
- Do not boil. Serve hot.
