  1. Press water out of tofu and then chop into small cubes.
  2. Heat water to a simmer.
  3. Wash and chop onions
  4. Chop spinach roughly
  5. Put miso into a small bow and temper with hot water. Stir briskly and then add back into the simmering water.
  6. Add the vegetables and tofu, heating until warm.
  7. Do not boil. Serve hot.
