Ingredients

Directions
- Use a large, deep skillet with a lid and heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Season the pork chops with half of the Old Bay seasoning and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until golden, then remove from skillet.
- Add chopped onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook for about one minute.
- Add undrained tomatoes with green chilies, black-eyed peas, broth, rice, Worcestershire sauce, and remaining Old Bay. Place pork chops on top.
- Bring to a simmer, cover, and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 25 minutes until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
