Directions

  1. For orange shrimp barley bowl 1. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add ½ Tablespoon sesame oil. 2. Add shrimp and cook only about 2 minutes. Remove from pan and keep warm. 3. Put skillet back over medium heat and add 1 Tablespoon sesame oil, leeks, and garlic; sauté for 1 minute. Add the orange juice and soy sauce and reduce for 2-3 minutes. 4. Add the pepper and broccoli and cook for 2 minutes. 5. Add shrimp back to pan to finish cooking. 6. Serve over warmed barley with scallions and peanuts on top.
