- First wash palak and boil it for a few minutes add salt in it . strain the water keep it aside for putting it in masala further.
- Second put a pan on stove or gas heat it then put oil in it and put grinded mixture of (onion ,garlic ,ginger, chilli)
- Just cook it well when its colour change slightly add matar .. mix well and at the same time mix salt ,turmeric and red chilli powder . And cover it with lid cook at low flame after 3/4 minutes remove the lid and add paneer again mix it well n again cover it for 3/4 minutes .
- When you see both are cooked well then add grinded tomatoes and cook at medium flame for 5minutes .
- And at last add boiled palak paste (grind the boil palak in the mixture grinder) and put paneer masla and ghee at last .. now it’s ready to serve. Serve Palak matar paneer with Paratha or with Chapati.
