- Heat a medium skillet with the butter over medium heat. Add peaches and lemon juice and cook until tender and lightly golden, 10 min.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and add to the pan. Cook 12 min until the chicken is cooked through, about 12 min. Remove and cover with foil.
- Add the chopped shallot and ginger and cook 1 to 2 min. Stir in chicken stock, worcestershire sauce, and peaches. Season with black pepper to taste. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes to thicken. Toss chicken with sauce and serve.
