- In a pot over medium-low heat, warm the peanut butter and honey until thin.
- Remove from heat, add protein powder and oats, and stir. If the mixture becomes too thick, add water a teaspoon at a time until it is firm yet moldable.
- Press the mixture into a 9x9" glass dish, forming a square.
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 15-30 second intervals, stirring until smooth. Spread over the protein bars. Freeze for 30 minutes to an hour until set.
- Cut into bars and enjoy.
