  1. Beat the eggs lightly and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, mix the milk, eggs, peanut butter, oil, and vanilla extract. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.
