- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Heat olive oil in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Add onions and sauté until translucent, about 2 to 3 minutes. Add garlic and sauté for another minute. - Divide and roll out the dough into 4 equal rounds on a lightly floured surface. On half of each round, layer mozzarella and pepperoni slices. Fold the dough over the filling and crimp the edges to seal. Place on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake until golden, about 10 to 15 minutes. Serve with the sauce on the side.
