  1. Heat olive oil in a sauté pan over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken breast for about 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through and no longer pink. Set aside.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  3. Season the cooked chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. In the same pan, sauté the chopped mushrooms and sliced green bell pepper rings in butter until slightly tender, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside.
  5. Spread pizza sauce over the chicken breast, then top with pepperoni slices, sautéed pepper rings and mushrooms, and finally the mozzarella cheese.
