  1. To make the pesto, combine macadamia nuts, cilantro, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
  2. Bring a pot of water to a boil and place a steam tray over it. Meanwhile, spiralize or peel the zucchini into noodles, avoiding the seedy center. Steam the zucchini noodles for 3-5 minutes.
