Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400o and lightly coat a 9"-x-13" baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, heat oil. Add the onion, bell peppers, and garlic, and saute until soft, about 5 minutes.
- Add beef steak and stir, breaking up and browning. Cook until the beef turns brown. Drain any remaining grease.
- Add the wine, ketchup, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Sriracha, and ginger to the saucepan and stir to combine. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into the baking dish and top with cheese.
- Bake until the cheese is bubbling, 20 minutes. Serve hot with hoagie rolls.
