- 1. Preheat broiler. Spray boiler rack with nonstick spray. 2. Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick spray and set over medium-high heat. Slice beef into thin slices. Add beef and cook, turning until browned about 4 minutes. 3. Spray skillet with nonstick spray. Slice bell pepper and onion into thin slices. Mince garlic. Add bell pepper, onion, garlic, cook stirring until onion is softened about 5 minutes.
