Bottom round, steak, separable lean and fat, trimmed to 0" fat, all grades, cooked, braised

Directions
- 1. Preheat broiler. Spray boiler rack with nonstick spray. 2. Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick spray and set over medium-high heat. Slice beef into thin slices. Add beef and cook, turning until browned about 4 minutes. 3. Spray skillet with nonstick spray. Slice bell pepper and onion into thin slices. Mince garlic. Add bell pepper, onion, garlic, cook stirring until onion is softened about 5 minutes. Return beef to skillet along with Worcestershire sauce and pepper sauce; cook until heated through about 2 minutes longer. 4. Place rolls, cut sides up on prepared broiler rack. Broil 5 minutes or until toasted. 5. Spoon 1/2 cup of beef mixture over bottom of each roll. Top with 1 slice of American cheese. Broil until cheese is melted, 1-2 minutes. Cover with tops of rolls.
