  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Toss the broccoli with the olive oil and lay on a baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper and roast for 15-20 minutes, until tender and lightly charred. Simmer until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Serve the fish with the broccoli on the side.
