- Cut sweep potato into large pieces
- Dice Onion
- Combine onion, potato, carrots in 3 1/2 - 4 qt slow cooker
- Place port loin on top of veggies
- In medium bowl combine brown sugar, mustard and caraway seed and sauerkraut. Mix well
