Directions
- Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and allspice to taste.
- Melt the butter in a medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and sauté until just cooked through, about 4 minutes per side. Transfer the pork to a platter.
- In a small bowl, stir together the broth, half of the bourbon, brown sugar, and rice wine vinegar until the sugar dissolves. Add this mixture to the skillet and bring to a boil.
